

Is it policy of Sun Country airline? Last time we took Sun Country, they didn’t assigned seats accurately although we paid fee for selected seats. I notice there were some empty seats in the front and middle of plane, they packed a lot of people in the back and separated people who traveled together but not paid and selected seats. The plane wasn’t full on the returned flight, yet they assigned seats indifferent rows and way back of plane. On the way back, there was no TSA sign on my boarding pass, so I was redirected to regular line.

Then we found out people from same flight did get reminder. I thought they may just not have online check in option for certain routes.

Pros: "I’m not sure what I missed when I booked our tickets a couple months ago, we never got email or text reminder for check in.
